Deepak Chopra LLC – Terms & Conditions for Purchased Courses

Thank you for purchasing content through Deepak Chopra LLC. By accessing or purchasing any course through our official learning platform (courses.deepakchopra.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Ownership & Access

All courses, videos, meditations, and materials are owned by Deepak Chopra LLC and are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use.

When you purchase a course with “Lifetime Access,” it refers to the lifetime of the course on the Deepak Chopra LLC platform, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

2. Course Availability

• Deepak Chopra LLC guarantees access to purchased courses for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

• After this period, Deepak Chopra LLC may retire, update, or replace a course at its discretion.
• If a course is retired within this five-year period, we will provide an equivalent replacement course or credit of equal value toward another program.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities under your account. Access is limited to a single user and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

4. Technical Access

Our courses are hosted on the Kajabi learning platform, which requires an internet connection for streaming content. While we strive for continuous access, temporary outages or scheduled maintenance may occur.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are considered final once access to digital content has been granted.
Refunds may be offered at the discretion of Deepak Chopra LLC only in cases of duplicate purchase, technical error, or other exceptional circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All written, audio, and visual content remains the intellectual property of Deepak Chopra LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the content without prior written permission.

7. Content Updates

From time to time, Deepak Chopra LLC may update, edit, or enhance course materials. These updates will be made available to enrolled users at no additional cost.

8. Discontinuation of Service

In the unlikely event that Deepak Chopra LLC ceases operating the Courses Platform, all users will be notified in advance and given access to download relevant materials (if applicable) or be offered credit toward alternative Deepak Chopra offerings.

10. Limitation of Liability

Deepak Chopra LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to access course content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Deepak Chopra LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued access to your course constitutes acceptance of any changes.
